MyVend Box is a small box that connects to the machine's standard payment bus (MDB) and adds telemetry and QR payments without replacing the machine. It works with most brands that use MDB.

FAQ

Do I need internet at the location?

The machine still sells with cash offline. Digital payments and the Portal need WiFi or, with MyVend Box, 4G with a SIM.

How do I restock?

The Portal builds the list of what is missing per slot. After restocking, mark it on the machine or in the Portal.

What if a product does not drop?

The machine detects it, blocks that slot and alerts you. Digital payments are refunded.

Can I change prices remotely?

Yes. From the Portal you change prices, products, photos and combos; the machine gets them in a minute.

Does it work with my current machines?

If your machine has MDB (most brands do), MyVend Box adds telemetry and QR payments.

Do you sell to other countries?

Yes. We export machines and Portal licenses. A 20 ft container holds 14 machines and models can be mixed. Distributors get volume pricing.

How do machines take payments outside Panama?

Nayax, card via QR and cash work in any country, and Mercado Pago wherever it operates. Yappy is Panama-only. If you need another local gateway, let us talk.

Do you offer technical service?

In Panama directly: installation, training, maintenance and support. In other countries, through our distributors with remote support from our team.
